Sebastian Tobias "Toby" Caston (July 17, 1965 – October 2, 1994) was a professional American football player who played linebacker in the National Football League (NFL) for seven seasons for the Houston Oilers and Detroit Lions. He was drafted by the Oilers in the sixth round of the 1987 NFL Draft. Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and the defensive linemen. They are the "middle ground" of defenders, playing closer to the line of scrimmage than the defensive backs (secondary), but farther back than the defensive linemen. Houston Oilers
The Houston Oilers were a professional American football team that played in Houston from its founding in 1960 to 1996 before relocating to Memphis, and later Nashville, Tennessee becoming the Tennessee Titans.
