is a Japanese professional shogi player ranked 7-dan. Early life Makoto Tobe was born on August 5, 1986, in Yokohama. He entered the Japan Shogi Association's apprentice school as a student of shogi professional in October 1998 at the rank of 6-kyū. was a Japanese manga artist who wrote primarily ''josei'' manga. She was best known for creating '' With the Light'', which won an Excellence Prize in the Japan Media Arts Festival Awards in 2004 from the Japanese Agency for Cultural Affairs and inspired a television drama. is a passenger railway station located in Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, operated by the private railway company Keikyū.
