The National Professional Basketball League ( or LNBP) is the top professional basketball league in Mexico. The league was founded in 2000 with 10 teams. Despite its short history, the LNBP has established itself as the one of the most important basketball leagues in Latin America. Domo De La Feria
Domo de la Feria (originally Auditorio Municipal de Leon) is a 4,463-seat indoor arena located in Leon, Guanajuato. Built in the mid-1980s, it is used primarily for basketball, and is home to the Abejas de León basketball team. It is part of the municipal fairgrounds, and is one of the primary venues of the annual Feria Leon. It can seat up to 7,000 for concerts. It is also used for circuses, lucha libre, motorsports, boxing, graduations, ice shows and other events. A 4,500-seat Palenque, dedicated in 2010, is adjacent to the arena. Babacar Camara (born October 15, 1981) is a Senegalese professional basketball player for Titánicos de León in Mexico. Career overview Babacar Camara grew up in Dakar, Senegal. After graduating from Yalla En High School in 1999, he went to Cheikh Anta Diop University for a short while before transferring to Cal.St.-Fullerton University where he played for the varsity basketball team for four years. An NBA player from 1999 to 2007 drafted from the University of Georgia, he played the small forward and power forward positions.
