Timoteij
Timoteij were a Swedish ethnopop group established in 2008. The group originally consisted of four women, Cecilia Kallin, Bodil Bergström, Elina Thorsell and Johanna Pettersson, all born in 1991. Pettersson left the group in 2014. History Timoteij participated in the Swedish Melodifestivalen 2010 with their debut single "Kom" written by Karl Eurén, Gustav Eurén and Niklas Arn. "Kom" finished first in the third semi-final of "Melodifestivalen" and fifth in the national final. They participated again in Melodifestivalen 2012 with their single "Stormande hav". However, they failed to make it to the finals. In Spring 2014, Johanna Pettersson left the group to focus on a dancing career. In 2014, Johanna Pettersson left the band turning Timoteij into a trio." Melodifestivalen 2010
Melodifestivalen 2010 was a Swedish song contest held between February and March 2010. It was the selection for the 50th song to represent Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest, and was the 49th edition of Melodifestivalen. Five heats were held in the Swedish cities of Örnsköldsvik, Sandviken, Gothenburg and Malmö, with Örebro hosting the final ''Andra Chansen'' (Second Chance) round. After the five heats 10 songs had qualified to the final of the contest, contested in the Swedish capital of Stockholm, at the Globe Arena. After the voting of 11 juries and a public televote had been revealed, the final winner was Anna Bergendahl with the pop ballad " This Is My Life", which received top marks from the public televote, and placing 2nd after the votes of the 11 juries. "Kom" (English: Come) is a song by the Swedish Europop group Timoteij. It was recorded in 2009 and was written by Niclas Arn, Karl Eurén and Gustav Eurén as the leading single for the group's debut album '' Längtan''. Timoteij participated in the Swedish Melodifestivalen 2010 with "Kom" and finished first in the third semi-final in Gothenburg and therefore progressed to the finale in the Globe Arena in Stockholm. The song finished at fifth place with a total of 95 points. It was eventually chosen to represent Sweden at the OGAE Second Chance Contest and finished at first place. ''Sommarkrysset'' (; "The Summer Cross") is a Swedish television program that is broadcast live from the Gröna Lund amusement park in Stockholm during the summer. It was first shown on 3 June 2005. The OGAE Second Chance Contest is a visual event which was founded in 1987 and is organised by branches of OGAE, the international fan club of the Eurovision Song Contest. Four nations competed in the first contest which took place in 1987. The competition was previously a non-televised event, but evolved over the years by the usage of video tape and later DVD, YouTube and streaming services. Each summer following the Eurovision Song Contest, each branch can enter one song that failed to win the country's national selection process for the contest. The members of each club choose amongst the songs that did not win and select one to represent the club in the event. Jóhanna Guðrún Jónsdóttir (born 16 October 1990), known outside Iceland as Yohanna, is an Icelandic-Danish singer.
