Timm Alexander Herzbruch (born 7 June 1997) is a German field hockey player who plays as a midfielder or forward for Uhlenhorst Mülheim and the Germany national team. International career He represented his country at the 2016 Summer Olympics, where he won the bronze medal. In 2018, Herzbruch was nominated for the FIH Rising Star of the Year Award. Men's Indoor Hockey World Cup
The Men's Indoor Hockey World Cup is an international indoor field hockey competition organised by the International Hockey Federation (FIH). The tournament was first held in 2003 and it is held every four years. Format Twelve qualified teams will be divided into two pools. The top two in their pool qualified for first to fourth classification, while third and fourth qualified for fifth to eighth classification, the last two teams will play for the last four placings. Qualification Qualification is set by the governing body, the International Hockey Federation. Field Hockey At The 2020 Summer Olympics – Men's Tournament
The men's field hockey tournament at the 2020 Summer Olympics was the 24th edition of the field hockey event for men at the Summer Olympic Games. It was held from 24 July to 5 August 2021. All games were played at the Oi Hockey Stadium in Tokyo, Japan. It was originally scheduled to be held from 25 July to 6 August 2020, but on 24 March 2020, the Olympics were postponed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Because of this pandemic, the games were played behind closed doors. Argentina won the previous olympic field hockey event but were eliminated in the quarterfinals. Belgium captured their first gold medal after defeating Australia in the final after penalties.
