Timothy John Moore (born 8 November 1948) is a Judge of the NSW Land and Environment Court and a former Australian politician. He was the Liberal member for Gordon in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 1976 to 1992, and Minister from the Environment from 1989 to 1992. Career The son of Sir John Moore, he was educated at Knox Grammar School. He worked in various manual positions, including an iron ore mine in the Northern Territory, and in 1974 became Treasurer and Honorary Secretary of the Industrial Relations Society of Australia. In 1976, he was elected to the New South Wales Parliament as the Liberal member for Gordon. Tim Moore (December 9, 1887 – December 13, 1958) was an American vaudevillian and comic actor of the first half of the 20th century. He gained his greatest recognition in the starring role of George "Kingfish" Stevens in the CBS TV's '' The Amos 'n' Andy Show''. He proudly stated, "I've made it a point never to tell a joke on stage that I couldn't tell in front of my mother." Tim Moore is an American pop singer and songwriter who recorded four albums for Asylum Records in the 1970s. Moore's songs were praised by critics and admired by a diverse range of peers including Keith Richards, Jimmy Webb, James Taylor and Michael McDonald.
