Tim Barrett (31 May 1929 – 20 August 1990) was an English actor best remembered for playing Malcolm Harris, Terry Medford's boss, in several series of the classic British sitcom ''Terry and June''. Career Barrett took the role of Malcolm Harris in ''Terry and June'' after the original actor Terence Alexander became unavailable to return for production to begin on the Christmas special, for he had just begun playing Charlie Hungerford in '' Bergerac''. He played Mr Campbell-Lewiston in ''The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin'', episode 4 "The Bizarre Dinner Party". Barrett played Harris from the 1980 Christmas special to the seventh series of the show, transmitted in late 1983; he was replaced in the eighth series by John Quayle. Vice Admiral Timothy William Barrett, (born 8 January 1959) is a retired senior officer in the Royal Australian Navy. Barrett served as Commander Australian Fleet from 2011 to 2014, before being appointed Chief of Navy in June 2014. He retired in July 2018 after four years as navy chief and 42 years in the navy. Early life Barrett was born in the Cornwall parish of Helston, England, on 8 January 1959. He emigrated to Australia, aged 11, in 1970. Timothy Wayne Barrett (born January 24, 1961) is a former professional baseball pitcher. He appeared in four games in Major League Baseball for the Montreal Expos in 1988, all as a relief pitcher. Career Barrett spent three seasons at Indiana State University, assuming the roles of 'staff ace' from Zane Smith; he was an All-Missouri Valley Conference player (1983), leading the Sycamores to the 1983 MVC title and the NCAA National Tournament. He remains in the Top Ten in school history in several categories. He spent his freshman season at Wabash Valley College. Barrett spent 6 seasons (1983–88) in the Montreal organization; he spent most of his minor league career in AAA with the Indianapolis Indians, of the American Association, winning titles in 1986, 1987, and 1988. Disciple is an American Christian metal and rock band from Knoxville, Tennessee, formed in 1992. Since its formation, the band has released 12 studio albums, 3 extended plays, 1 live extended play, and 1 compilation album. History Early releases (1992–1998) Disciple was formed in December 1992 by high school friends Kevin Young, Brad Noah, Adrian DiTommasi and Tim Barrett. The band played its first show in May 1993 at Topside Church of God in Louisville, TN and recorded its first three-song demo at Nightsong Studios with Producer Jesse Jones. Adrian DiTommasi left the band shortly after that for personal reasons, and Kevin Young would eventually take over the bass guitar duties.
