Tieleman Roosterman (1598 – 1673), was a Dutch cloth merchant and friend of Willem van Heythuysen. Roosterman is best remembered today for his portrait painted by Frans Hals. Biography According to Pieter Biesboer he is possibly also the subject of the painting known as ''The Laughing Cavalier''. Olivier Tielemans (born June 1, 1984 in Weert) is a Dutch race car driver. His career started back in 1991 when he came 4th in the Dutch Kart Championship. Between 1995 and 1997 he raced in the Belgian Kart Championship and became Rookie of The Year. He didn't race again until 2002 when he raced in the Italian and European Formula Renault Championships. Jean–François Tielemans (15 November 1799 – 5 July 1887) was a Belgian lawyer and liberal politician. He was interim governor of the province of Antwerp from 7 April 1831 until 14 June 1831 and governor of Liège Province from 4 June 1831 until 4 October 1832.
