Tibor Parák is a Hungarian geologist known for his mineral explorations and academic contributions to economic geology. Parák arrived to Sweden from Soviet-occupied Hungary as a refugee in 1956. Tibor Zsitvay de Zsitvatő (10 November 1884 – 9 July 1969) was a Hungarian politician and jurist, who served as Minister of Justice between 1929 and 1932. He finished law studies at the University of Budapest. He was the counsel of the Hungarian Railways from 1909 to 1919. After the fall of the Hungarian Soviet Republic he was one of the founders of the Christian National Party. He was delegated to the position of commissioner of Kecskemét between 1919 and 1920. He left his party in 1920 and became lawyer again. He worked as the attorney general of the MÁV in 1920–26. He became a member of the Diet of Hungary in 1922 and served as Deputy Speaker in 1924. Tibor Varga (4 July 1921 – 4 September 2003) was a Hungarian violinist, conductor, and world renowned music teacher who developed pedagogic methods for teaching string music. He was a founding member of the string department in the Detmold music conservatory. Early life Varga was born in Győr, Hungary, in the same region that witnessed the birth of Joseph Joachim, Leopold Auer, Carl Flesch as well as of the famous conductor Hans Richter. Young Varga took his first lessons at the age of two and a half with his father Lajos Varga, who was also a violinist. Due to an injury during the War, Lajos Varga had to abandon his projects to be a concert artist and became a violin maker.
