Thundra is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is often aligned with the Fantastic Four. She is a powerful, red haired, amazon-like warrior, or Femizon, from a matriarchal, technologically advanced future timeline where men have been subjugated by women. Femizon is the name of two fictional groups appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The Squadron Supreme is a superhero team appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, of which there are several notable alternate versions. The Lady Liberators, also called the Liberators, is a superhero team appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The original team's only appearance was in ''The Avengers (comic), Avengers'' volume 1 #83 (December 1970), written by Roy Thomas, with art by John Buscema and Tom Palmer (comics), Tom Palmer. The Grapplers is a fictional organization appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. It is a loosely organized group of female wrestlers, most of whom gained superhuman strength through the group known as Power Broker, Inc. The group's first appearance was in '' Marvel Two-in-One'' #54, created by Mark Gruenwald, Ralph Macchio and John Byrne. The group's membership was later expanded in ''Thing'' #33 written by Mark Gruenwald. Greg Land
Greg Land (born 1956) is an American comic book artist, best known for his work on books such as ''Uncanny X-Men'', ''Birds of Prey'', and ''Fantastic Four''. Career Greg Land first got a job with an independent publisher as the artist for ''StormQuest'' after advertising himself at a Mid-Ohio Con comic convention. After that, he was hired by DC Comics in 1999 to finish the covers for ''Birds of Prey'', based on the sketches of Brian Stelfreeze. He also had runs as interior penciler on both ''Birds of Prey'' and ''Nightwing''. Later, Land began to work at CrossGen Comics on '' Sojourn''.
