"Thumbs Up" is a song recorded by South Korean girl group Momoland. It was released on December 30, 2019 by MLD Entertainment and distributed by Kakao M as the group's single from their second single album of the same name. The track was written by Duble Sidekick, Bull$EyE, Ondine, De view and Kim Do Da Ri, with De view, Bull$EyE and Ondine credited as producers. The accompanying music video for the song was uploaded onto 1theK's YouTube channel simultaneously with the single's release. To promote the single, the group performed on several South Korean music show programs, such as ''M Countdown'' and ''Inkigayo''. Momoland
Momoland () is a South Korean girl group formed by MLD Entertainment (formerly known as Duble Kick Company) through the 2016 reality show ''Finding Momoland''. The show's winners Hyebin, Yeonwoo, Jane, Nayun, JooE, Ahin, and Nancy served as the original members. Their debut mini album ''Welcome to Momoland'' was released on November 10, 2016. In 2017, Momoland became a nine-member group when Daisy and Taeha joined as members. In 2019, Taeha and Yeonwoo left the group, and Daisy departed in 2020. The group currently consists of six members: Ahin, Hyebin, Jane, JooE, Nancy and Nayun. The Circle Digital Chart, previously known as the Gaon Digital Chart, is the music industry standard record chart ranking the 200 most popular singles in South Korea. It provides rankings on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, which is based on an aggregate of streaming, downloads and background music from major South Korean music platforms. It is a part of the Circle Chart, previously known as the Gaon Chart. The K-pop Hot 100 is a music singles chart in South Korea, launched by ''Billboard'' in conjunction with ''Billboard'' Korea () on August 25, 2011. It is the second Asian ''Billboard'' chart after the Japan Hot 100. The chart used the same multimetric methodology as the US Hot 100 and rankings were compiled based on Hanteo Chart data, streaming and download data from Naver VIBE, and domestic radio and television music playback data. The Circle Chart (), previously known as the Gaon Music Chart or the Gaon Chart (), tabulates the relative weekly popularity of songs and albums in South Korea. It is produced by the Korea Music Content Association and sponsored by South Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Founded in 2010. ''Simply K-Pop'' (; also known as ''Simply K-pop Con-Tour'' or ''Simply Con-tour'') is a South Korean music television program broadcast by Arirang TV. Originally called ''The M-Wave'', the show's title was changed to ''Wave K'' in 2011, and renamed again in 2012 to ''Simply K-Pop''. It airs live worldwide every Friday at 13:00PM KST, and is broadcast from Arirang Tower in Seocho-dong, Seoul.
