Eswatini ( ; ss, eSwatini ), officially the Kingdom of Eswatini and formerly named Swaziland ( ; officially renamed in 2018), is a landlocked country in Southern Africa. Tsai Ing-wen (; born 31 August 1956) is a Taiwanese politician serving as president of the Republic of China (Taiwan) since 2016. A member of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), Tsai is the first female president of Taiwan. She served as chair of the DPP from 2020 to 2022, and also previously from 2008 to 2012 and 2014 to 2018. Pholile Shakantu
Pholile Dlamini Shakantu is an Eswatini politician. She has been the Minister of Justice from 2018 and the Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2023. Life Shakantu studied law at the University of Eswatini and she has a law degree. She also has a master's degree from Leeds Beckett University in Leadership and Change Management. She was appointed to be the Minister of Justice by Mswati III, King Mswati III in 2018. She was reelected as a senator in November 2023 after the appointment of Russell Dlamini, Mmemo Rusell Dlamini as the 12th Prime Minister to advise the king about new ministers.
