Thulasi Maadam (film)
''Thulasi Maadam'' () is a 1963 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film directed by K. B. Srinivasan and written by Thamizhmaaran. The film stars A. V. M. Rajan, Gemini Chandraknatha (in dual roles), V. Gopalakrishnan and Sharadha. Plot Mary and Janaki are two look-alike women but they are not related to each other. Mary is the daughter of a retired collector and Janaki is from a middle class family. Mary is affianced to Thomas, an army officer while Janaki is married to a company executive. Janaki gives birth to a child. Janaki is found to have tuberculosis. So, her mother-in-law separates her from the child. In the meantime, Janaki's mother dies. The mother-in-law's adopted son Peter takes pity of the separated Janaki and her child. Accidentally he meets Mary, the look-alike of Janaki. Sharada (actress)
Sarada (born Saraswati Devi; 25 June 1945) is an Indian actress and politician. Known for her work predominantly in Malayalam films and Telugu films , Sarada is the recipient of three National Awards. She has also appeared in few Tamil, Hindi as well as Kannada language films. She is also known as Urvasi Sarada as National Film Award for Best Actress was officially designated the ''Urvasi Award''. She won three National Awards for her roles in ''Thulabharam'' (1968), '' Swayamvaram'' (1972), and '' Nimajjanam'' (1977). Sarada has garnered the NTR National Award by the Government of Andhra Pradesh for her contributions to Indian cinema. ''Mudhalali'' () is a 1957 Indian Tamil-language drama film, the directorial debut of Muktha Srinivasan and written by Venkat Ramanujam. The film was produced by M. A. Venu under M. A. V. Pictures. It stars S. S. Rajendran and debutante Devika, while M. N. Rajam, A. Kannaiyan and T. P. Muthulakshmi play supporting roles. The film's soundtrack and background score were composed by K. V.
