Robert Thomas Wagner Jr. served as Delaware's state auditor from 1989 to 2019. A Republican, he lost to incumbent Democratic Auditor Dennis E. Greenhouse in 1986, but was appointed to the position in 1989 after Greenhouse resigned after being elected New Castle County County Executive. He was elected to full terms in 1990, 1994, 1998, 2002, 2006, 2010 and 2014. Prior to becoming auditor, Wagner was mayor of Camden, Delaware Camden is a town in Kent County, Delaware, United States. Thomas Wagner (born May 14, 1977) is a German video game designer, entrepreneur and professor. He is best known for his influence on the theme park industry as inventor of Virtual Reality equipped ride attractions like roller coasters. For his work in creating VR experiences on ride facilities, he is also considered a relevant personality of the VR Industry. He is teaching as a professor in the study course of Virtual Design at the University of Applied Sciences, Kaiserslautern. Work Wagner graduated in communication design at the Hochschule der Bildenden Künste Saar, Germany. In 2005, he was appointed Professor for Media- and Interaction Design at the University of Applied Sciences, Kaiserslautern. Until 2014, he focussed on video game design with his former company The Design Assembly GmbH and most recently with his games app label Gamesmold. Thomas Wagner is an American writer, producer and composer working primarily in documentary films. He is known for his work on ''Finding Lucy'', an ''American Masters'' PBS documentary about actress Lucille Ball. Wagner won a prime-time Emmy Award for writing and producing that film. His script for ''Finding Lucy'' was also nominated for Best Documentary Script by the Writers Guild of America. Wagner also co-produced another PBS ''American Masters'' documentary, ''Rod Serling: Submitted for your Approval'', and his script for that film bio, co-written with John Goff, was again nominated for Best Documentary Script by the Writers Guild of America. The Serling documentary also won a Bronze Plaque at the Columbus Film Festival and a Cine Gold Eagle. Wagner also composed the music for the Academy Award-nominated film, '' Daughter of The Bride'' which aired on HBO.
