Thomas Sweswe
Thomas Langu Sweswe (born 9 August 1981) is an association footballer from Zimbabwe. Sweswe is a Defender (association football), defender, primarily operating as a centre back, and has played for nine different clubs as well as the Zimbabwe national football team. Club career Early career Born in Gweru in central Zimbabwe, Sweswe began his career in 2001 with CAPS United F.C., CAPS United, a club based in the country's capital. He made twenty-two appearances for the team, scoring once. In 2002, he moved on to another Harare-based club, Sporting Lions FC. Despite only staying at the club for two years, Sweswe racked up sixty-one appearances for Lions. Gweru
Gweru is a city in central Zimbabwe. Near the geographical centre of the country. It is on the centre of Midlands Province. Originally an area known to the Northern Ndebele people, Ndebele as "The Steep Place" because of the Gweru River's high Bank (geography), banks, in 1894 it became the site of a military outpost established by Leander Starr Jameson. Coton Sport Football Club de Garoua, or simply Coton Sport, is a Cameroonian football club based in Garoua. Teboho Aaron Mokoena (born 25 November 1980), known as Aaron Mokoena, is a South African former footballer. He is currently the assistant coach of Cape Town City. Tinashe Nengomasha (born 2 September 1982 in Harare) is a Zimbabwean former footballer who played primarily as a midfielder for Kaizer Chiefs and Bidvest Wits in the South African Premier Soccer League and the Zimbabwe National team. Siboniso "Pa" Gaxa (born 6 April 1984 in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal) is a former South African football defender who played for Ajax Cape Town, Kaizer Chiefs F.C., Mamelodi Sundowns F.C. and the South African national team. South Africa's 2011–12 Premier Soccer League season (known as the ABSA Premiership for sponsorship reasons) was the sixteenth since its establishment. Orlando Pirates were the defending champions, having won their third PSL title, and in the process ended SuperSport United's 3 year grip on the championship.
