Thomas Massamba
Thomas Kalmeba-Massamba (born March 28, 1985) is a Swedish-Congolese professional basketball player who last played for Tindastóll of the Úrvalsdeild karla. Career Massamba has played for 08 Stockholm, Södertälje Kings, Solna Vikings, Lukoil Academic and ČEZ Nymburk. For the 2014–15 season, he signed for ETHA Engomis. At 2015 he was selected as "Best Player of the Year", "Guard of The Year", as well as earning "Defensive Player of the Year" in Cyprus. Massamba was also nominated for "First All Team", "All-Bosmans Team" and "All-Defensive Team". Thomas Massamba was also selected in Cyprus League's All-Star Game. The Pro Basketball League (PBL), was the highest tier level professional basketball league in Belgium for clubs. In 2021, the league was succeeded by the Belgian-Dutch BNXT League. Solna Vikings was a Swedish professional basketball club with a men's team and a women's team. Both played in their respective top leagues: the women in the Damligan, and the men in the Swedish Basketball League. Basketligan
Svenska Basketligan, or the Swedish Basketball League (SBL), is the premier league for professional basketball in Sweden. The league was originally established in 1992 as Basketligan and was known as that prior to the season of 2006–07, but when the Swedish company Obol Investment signed an agreement with the Swedish Basketball Federation in early October 2006, the league was renamed Obol Basketball League (OBL). The Cypriot Basketball Cup is an annual professional basketball national cup competition, organized by the Cyprus Basketball Federation since 1969.
