Thomas Hafstad (born 13 March 1974) is a retired norway, Norwegian association football, football player. Hafstad was a right Fullback (association football), full back, but he also played in midfielder, midfield. Hafstad played for Beisfjord, FK Mjølner, Narvik/Nor and FK Mjølner, Mjølner before he joined Tromsø IL in 1994.
