Thomas Engelhart
Thomas von Westen Engelhart (6 October 1850 - 3 August 1905) was a Norwegian jurist and politician for the Liberal Party. Biography He was born at Vinger in Hedmark, Norway. He graduated in 1871 with a law degree. Engelhart was a public prosecutor by profession. He was a senior prosecutor at Kongsvinger from 1873. From 1876 he was the Supreme Court Attorney at Vinger, where he also was the mayor between 1881 and 1889. He was Minister of Auditing from 1891–1892, a member of the Council of State Division in Stockholm from 1892-1893 and 1897–1898, and then Minister of the Interior from 1895–1897. Viggo Ullmann
Johan Christian Viggo Ullmann (21 December 1848 – 30 August 1910) was a Norwegian educator and politician with Venstre, the Norwegian social-liberal party. He was the son of the author Vilhelmine Ullmann, brother of the feminist Ragna Nielsen and the great grandfather of actress Liv Ullmann. Norway's first social doctor was his grandchild, also named Viggo Ullmann (Lillehammer, 1920–). Career as a teacher From 1870 he studied philology at the University of Christiania and was cand.philol. 1872. He received his Bachelor of Arts in 1875, after which he worked as a teacher at the Folk High Schools Skulestad, Østre Moland, Landvik, Bratsberg, Drangedal, Gjerpen and Vinje. Otto Benjamin Andreas Aubert (1841–1898) was a Norwegian civil servant and politician. He was the son of the Norwegian politician Michael Conrad Sophus Emil Aubert. Ulrik Fredrik Cappelen Krohn (1867-1944) was a Norwegian lawyer and government official. Education and career Krohn got his Cand.jur. degree in 1890. In 1894, he was hired as a prosecutor for the Ministry of the Interior. In 1902, he took a new job with the Ministry of Justice. From 1905 to 1908, he was the County Governor of Jarlsberg og Larvik amt. In 1913–1915, he was the city clerk for Larvik. Carl Johan Michelet (25 July 1826 - 30 January 1902) was a Norwegian lawyer and civil servant. He served as Mayor of Oslo and was elected as a member of the Norwegian Parliament (''Storting''). Biography He was born at Aurskog in Akershus, Norway. His parents were Christian Frederik Michelet (1792-1874) and Edle Michaeline (1804-1892). His father was a Major General in the Norwegian military. He attended the University of Christiania and took the Norwegian bar exam in 1849. He was an associate for seven years until he became permitted to practice law (''overrettssakførar'') in Christiania (now Oslo).
