Thomas Beach (born December 3, 1974) is an American real estate agent and politician who is currently serving as a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from the 10th district. Early Life and career Born in Colorado, Beach joined the United States Army in 1994 and served until 1998. He served with the 75th Ranger Regiment, the 2nd Infantry Division, and the 25th Infantry Division. Beach is a Real estate agent in Upstate South Carolina. Westley Paul Cox (born December 15, 1986) is an American politician. He is a former member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from the 10th District, who served from 2018 to 2022. He is a member of the Republican Party. Political career Cox is a member of the Medical, Military, Public and Municipal Affairs Committee and the Operations and Management Committee. Upstate South Carolina
The Upstate is the region in the westernmost part of South Carolina, United States, also known as the Upcountry, which is the historical term. Although loosely defined among locals, the general definition includes the 10 counties of the commerce-rich I-85 corridor in the northwest corner of South Carolina. This definition coincided with the Greenville–Spartanburg–Anderson, SC combined statistical area, as first defined by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in 2015. The Freedom Caucus, also known as the House Freedom Caucus, is a congressional caucus consisting of conservative Republican members of the United States House of Representatives. The 25th Infantry Division (nicknamed "Tropic Lightning") is a United States Army division based at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii. The division, which was activated on 1 October 1941 in Hawaii, conducts military operations primarily in the Asia-Pacific region. Delta is a home rule municipality that is the county seat and the most populous municipality of Delta County, Colorado, United States. The town population was 9,035 at the 2020 United States Census. The United States Forest Service headquarters of the Grand Mesa, Gunnison, and Uncompahgre National Forests are located in Delta.
