Thierry Martin de Beaucé (14 February 1943 – 25 November 2022) was a French high official, a student of the (1967–1968), writer and politician. De Beaucé sat in several ministerial cabinets and then became a cultural advisor in Japan before joining the French Embassy in Rabat. The École nationale d'administration (generally referred to as ENA, en, National School of Administration) was a French ''grande école'', created in 1945 by President of France, President Charles de Gaulle and principal author of the Constitution of France, 1958 Constitution Michel Debré, to democratise access to the senior French Civil Service, civil service.
