The Thermal Spa of Peso ( pt, Thermas do Peso) is a 19th-century thermal spa in the freguesia, civil parish of Paderne (Melgaço), Paderne, Concelho, municipality of Melgaço Municipality, Portugal, Melgaço, in the Norte Region, Portugal, northern Portugal. Its thermal waters are recognized for their therapeutic properties to treat diabetes, the digestive system, digestive problems, the respiratory system, respiratory illments and the Human skeleton, osteoarticular system, attracting many visitors in the 19th–20th century. Melgaço () is a municipality in Viana do Castelo District in Portugal. The population in 2011 was 9,213, in an area of 238.25 km². It is the northernmost municipality in Portugal.
