''The Wonder Years 1983-1993'' is two-CD package compilation album with accompanying book released by Reunion Records in 1993, and is intended to be a greatest hits album with a career retrospective of the contemporary Christian musician, Michael W. Smith. The elaborate slipcase packaging contains a spiral-bound book that contains facing pairs of pages highlighting each of his prior eight albums. Each spread featured photographs and an accompanying background story on this period in his career. Inside the back cover are two trays which contain the two picture CDs. The album won a Dove Award for Recorded Music Packaging of the Year at the 24th GMA Dove Awards The 24th Annual GMA Dove Awards were held on April 1, 1993, recognizing accomplishments of musicians for the year 1992. Mike Hudson
Michael Hudson (born February 6, 1967) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey centre who played in the National Hockey League between 1988 and 1997. Playing career Hudson grew up playing hockey in his hometown of Guelph, Ontario before advancing to Major Junior Hockey with the Hamilton Steelhawks and Sudbury Wolves. Gary Winther Chapman (born August 19, 1957) is an American contemporary Christian music singer-songwriter and former television talk show host. Early life and music career Born in Waurika, Oklahoma, Chapman grew up in De Leon, Texas, the son of an Assemblies of God pastor, the Rev. Terry W.
