"The Wire" is the second official single released by New Zealand recording artists David Dallas and Ruby Frost from Dallas' third studio album, '' Falling Into Place''. Background and release Frost sent Dallas a demo of her singing "The Wire" backed by a programmed piano. The track was refined by producers Fire & Ice "into something that would fit with the album." It was released as the second single from the album. A P-Money remix was released by Dawn Raid Entertainment, Dirty Records and Duck Down Music on 7 February 2014. P-Money
Peter Wadams, better known by his stage name P-Money, is a New Zealand hip-hop DJ and producer. One of his best-known works is "Everything", featuring New Zealand R&B singer Vince Harder, which reached number one on the New Zealand Singles Chart for three weeks in 2008; however, he is probably best known for his recordings with Scribe, including the 2003 smash hit "Not Many". Peter Wadams is also credited as co-writer and producer on the 2017 hit " Call on Me" by Australian singer Starley. Recorded Music NZ (formerly the Recording Industry Association of New Zealand (RIANZ)) is a non-profit trade association of record producers, distributors and recording artists who sell recorded music in New Zealand. David Keith Dallas (born 28 August 1982) is a hip hop artist from New Zealand of Samoan and European descent. Early career Dallas began his rapping career under the name Con Psy as a part of the duo Frontline, a producer and MC group along with producer Nick Maclaren.
