Motionless In White
Motionless in White is an American metalcore band from Scranton, Pennsylvania. Formed in 2004, the band consists of lead vocalist Chris "Motionless" Cerulli, guitarists Ryan Sitkowski and Ricky "Horror" Olson, drummer Vinny Mauro and bassist Justin Morrow. The band has stated that their band name derived from the Eighteen Visions song "Motionless and White". Motionless in White was signed to Fearless Records for their first three studio albums; their fourth album, ''Graveyard Shift'', was released in May 2017 through Roadrunner Records. Gothic Metal
Gothic metal (or goth metal) is a fusion genre combining the aggression of heavy metal with the dark atmospheres of gothic rock. When Love Met Destruction
''When Love Met Destruction'' is the second EP by American metalcore band Motionless in White. It was released on February 17, 2009, through Tragic Hero Records. Background ''When Love Met Destruction'' was recorded in the group's hometown after a year of releasing their debut EP ''The Whorror''. Although ''When Love Met Destruction'' is an EP as its releasing through Tragic Hero, it was initially a full-length album that was released through Masquerade Recordings, where it was recorded in 2008 with limited production values. The band would sell the album on the 2008 Vans Warped Tour. There are only 1,000 copies in existence of the full-length, 11-track album. After catching the attention of larger label, Tragic Hero Records, Motionless in White then made the decision to re-record six of the album's eleven tracks, which then came to be the EP version of ''When Love Met Destruction'' and the form that the album is more widely known in. ''Creatures'' is the debut studio album by American metalcore band Motionless in White. It was released on October 12, 2010, through Fearless Records and was produced by Andrew Wade. The album produced four singles: "Abigail", "Immaculate Misconception", the title track "Creatures" and "Puppets (The First Snow)", all four of which have accompanying music videos. The album also produced three promotional singles: "Abigail", which was later released as the first official single of the album, "London in Terror", and "Cobwebs". The title "creatures" is also commonly used to refer to the fans of the band. On October 9, 2020, Motionless in White released a 10th anniversary re-issue of the album titled ''Creatures X''.
