The Wheeler Report
The Wheeler Report is a legislative news service covering the Wisconsin legislature. Wisconsin () is a state in the upper Midwestern United States. Wisconsin is the 25th-largest state by total area and the 20th-most populous. Richard "Dick" Wheeler (January 14, 1898 in Keene, New Hampshire – February 12, 1962 in Lexington, Massachusetts) was a right-handed Major League Baseball outfielder who played for the St. Louis Cardinals in 1918.
