The Way Of Curve
''The Way of Curve'' is a compilation album by Curve. The album consists of two discs: the first is basically a greatest hits disc, containing many of Curve's most famous and successful songs; the second contains rare tracks, including one ('In Disguise') that had never been released. The band invited fans to contribute their personal lists of tracks that should appear on the first disc and this was used to help decide the final listing. Those who contributed are name checked on the album sleeve. All tracks were remastered for the release, though some of the tracks (such as "Die Like A Dog") had errors. Only 10,000 copies of the album were made and it is now out-of-print, though it can be partially downloaded from iTunes or bought and fully downloaded on thband's official Bandcamp As Curve disbanded shortly after the album's release, ''The Way of Curve'' effectively became their career retrospective. Curve (band)
Curve were an English alternative rock and electronic music duo from London, formed in 1990 and split in 2005. The band consisted of Toni Halliday (vocals, occasionally guitar) and Dean Garcia (bass, guitar, drums, programming). Halliday wrote the lyrics of their songs and they both contributed to songwriting. Producer Alan Moulder was a prominent collaborator who helped shape their blend of heavy beats and densely–layered guitar tracks set against Halliday's vocals. I Feel Love
"I Feel Love" is a song by American singer and songwriter Donna Summer. Produced and co-written by Giorgio Moroder and Pete Bellotte, it was recorded for Summer's fifth studio album, ''I Remember Yesterday'' (1977). The album concept was to have each track evoke a different musical decade; for "I Feel Love", the team aimed to create a futuristic mood, employing a Moog synthesizer. Kevin Patrick Shields (born 21 May 1963) is an American-born Irish musician, singer-songwriter, composer, and producer, best known as the vocalist and guitarist of the band My Bloody Valentine. They became influential on the evolution of alternative rock with their two studio albums ''Isn't Anything'' (1988) and '' Loveless'' (1991), pioneering a subgenre known as shoegaze. Shields's texturised guitar sound and his experimentation with his guitars' tremolo systems resulted in the creation of the " glide guitar" technique, which became a recognisable aspect of My Bloody Valentine's sound, along with his meticulous production techniques. Lunatic Calm were an English electronic music group formed in 1996. Despite a wide-ranging sound palette, the group was best known for their high impact, industrial-tinged big beat compositions.
