War Zone is a now-defunct West coast rap supergroup consisting of Goldie Loc, MC Eiht, and Kam. They made their debut on Snoop Dogg's '' Tha Blue Carpet Treatment''; after being unable to find them deals as separate artists, Snoop Dogg suggested they become a group, and started production on their albuAccording to Goldie Loc, the group has recorded about 13 tracks for a debut album. Craig A. Miller (born October 24, 1969), better known by his stage name Kam, is an American rapper known primarily among hip hop fans and music critics during the 1990s and early 2000s. Career He is known for his Nation of Islam–influenced lyrics and NOI membership, and affiliation with his cousin, fellow West Coast emcee Ice Cube. ''Tha Blue Carpet Treatment'' is the eighth studio album by West Coast hip hop recording artist Snoop Dogg. It was released on November 21, 2006, by Doggystyle Records and Geffen Records. It is also the final album to have Nate Dogg featured on it during his lifetime. Recording sessions took place from November 2005 to September 2006 in several recording studios and artists such as Dr. Dre, The Neptunes, DJ Battlecat, DJ Pooh, Timbaland, Danja, Mark Batson, Terrace Martin, and Mr. Porter appear on the album, among others. Tha Eastsidaz is a hip hop trio consisting of Snoop Dogg, Tray Deee and Goldie Loc. Their first appearance was on Tommy Boy Records' ''The Ride: Music from Dimension'' with Crooked Eye Q on a Battlecat-produced song called "Feels So Good" in 1997. History Emergence (1997-2003) In 1997, after Snoop Dogg left Death Row records, he formed 'The Eastsiders' with Crooked I and Li'l C-Style. Aaron Tyler (born May 22, 1971), better known by his stage name MC Eiht (pronounced MC eight), is an American rapper and actor. Many of his songs are based on his life in Compton. Tha Dogg Pound is an American hip hop duo made up of rappers Kurupt and Daz Dillinger. They were signed to Death Row Records in their early careers and were key to the label's success. Kurupt and Daz went on to release solo albums starting in 1998. They eventually left the crumbling Death Row Records in 1999. Daz left due to long-lasting internal struggles on the label after friend and labelmate Tupac Shakur's murder in 1996. Kurupt started Antra Records, while Daz and Soopafly started D.P.G. Recordz. In 2002 a feud arose between the two when Kurupt decided to sign back with Death Row Records, upsetting everyone involved with the group.
