''The Voice of the Philippines'' is a Philippine reality television singing competition on ABS-CBN. It is based on the reality singing competition ''The Voice of Holland'', which was originally created by Dutch television producer John de Mol as part of ''The Voice'' franchise. Toni Gonzaga has been hosting the show since the first season; on the other hand, Luis Manzano, who had crossovered from ''The Voice Kids'', had hosted the show since the second season. Both are accompanied by Robi Domingo and Alex Gonzaga who serves as the show's ''V-Reporters'' or the social media and backstage correspondents. ''The Voice Kids'' is a Philippine reality singing television competition on ABS-CBN. It premiered on May 24, 2014. A spinoff of ''The Voice of the Philippines'', the series, like its parent show, is based on the original ''The Voice of Holland'', and is part of the wider ''The Voice'' franchise. It aims to feature young aspiring singers aged 6–12. It is the fourth national franchise in the Southeast Asian region to produce a kids' edition of the show, after Thailand and Vietnam. Since its inaugural season, it has aired a total of four seasons. The winners of the four seasons were: Lyca Gairanod, Elha Nympha, Joshua Oliveros, and Vanjoss Bayaban. ''The Voice of Holland'', also known as ''TVOH'', is a Dutch reality TV singing competition, that became a near global TV format franchise, created by media tycoon John de Mol and musician Roel van Velzen, in the Netherlands airing on RTL 4. For the first nine seasons, The Voice of Holland was hosted by Martijn Krabbé and Wendy van Dijk. Starting from the tenth season (2019–2020), Wendy van Dijk was replaced by Chantal Janzen. 1080i (also known as Full HD or BT.709) is a combination of frame resolution and scan type. 1080i is used in high-definition television (HDTV) and high-definition video.
