The Tug Fork River Band was a Southern groove metal band from Indianapolis, Indiana. The group formed in 2006, but disbanded in 2013. History The band began in 2006 with the lineup of vocalist Aaron Quinn, guitarist Justin Foxworth, bassist Brian Dukes, and drummer David Leap. In 2007, the band released their debut EP independently, titled ''The Dirty Dirty''. In May 2009, they released their debut album through Wounded Records, titled ''Catch for Us the Metal''. Damageplan was an American heavy metal band from Dallas, Texas, formed in 2003. Following the demise of their previous group Pantera, brothers Dimebag Darrell and Vinnie Paul Abbott wanted to start a new band. The pair recruited former Diesel Machine and Halford guitarist Patrick Lachman on vocals, and later Bob Zilla on bass. Damageplan released '' New Found Power'', their only album, on February 10, 2004. ''New Found Power'' debuted at number 38 on the ''Billboard'' 200, selling 44,676 copies in its first week.
