''The Testament of Cornelius Gulden'' (german: Das Testament des Cornelius Gulden) is a 1932 German drama film directed by E. W. Emo and starring Magda Schneider, Georg Alexander, and Theo Lingen. It is based on the 1930 novel of the same title by Ludwig von Wohl. Walter Schlee, born 15 December 1894 in Kępno, Posen province, Germany; died 5 February 1964 in Lugano, Switzerland, was a German screenwriter. Leonhard "Leo" Peukert (26 August 1885 – 6 January 1944) was a prolific German film actor and film director, appearing in more than a hundred and fifty productions between 1910 and his death in 1944.
