''The Tenants Downstairs'' is a 2016 Taiwanese black comedy-mystery-drama film based on Taiwanese writer Giddens Ko's novel of the same name. Adam Tsuei (; born 26 October 1959) is an entrepreneur, film producer, and director. He was the former president of Sony Music Entertainment in the Greater China Region. ''Sliver'' is a 1993 American erotic thriller film based on the Ira Levin novel of the same name about the mysterious occurrences in a privately owned New York high-rise sliver building.
