The Teenagers (French Band)
The Teenagers were a French synth-pop musical trio formed in late 2005, originally as a joke. They achieved some degree of notoriety with the song "Homecoming", both for its catchy sound and for its explicit content. Their debut album '' Reality Check'' was released in the UK on 17 March 2008 and 18 March 2008 in the rest of Europe and the United States. On October 12 2020, the band announced that they were no longer active and had not been for some time, and posted a link to a farewell song titled "Do You Remember". Critical reception The '' NME'' praised the bands "self-aware, smart sentiments, played out against a backdrop of lush, danceable, huggable pop." Mandurah
Mandurah () is a coastal city in the Australian state of Western Australia, situated approximately south of the state capital, Perth. Scanners are an alternative rock band from London, England formed around 2004. History The band was initially formed by Matthew Mole (vocals, guitar, synthesizer) and Sarah Daly (vocals, bass guitar, violin) around 2004, who after writing songs together played their early gigs backed by a drum machine. NYPC (also known as New Young Pony Club) are an English electronic music band from London. The band was formed by Andy Spence and Tahita Bulmer in 2004. Their influences are predominantly post-punk and new wave artists. The Black Ghosts are an English electronic music duo composed of Theo Keating and Simon William Lord, formed in 2006. They are currently signed to Southern Fried Records in the UK and IAMSOUND Records in North America. Keating and Lord had previously been in the bands The Wiseguys and Simian respectively.
