The Team (2015 TV Series)
''The Team'' is a 2015 European crime drama television series that first premiered on 22 February 2015 on DR (broadcaster), DR in Denmark. The series follows a number of national police agencies, working through the framework of Europol, to attempt to solve a series of cross-border murders. Among others, the team is primarily headed by Danish homicide detective Harald Bjørn (Lars Mikkelsen), Belgian homicide detective Alicia Verbeek (Veerle Baetens), and Federal Criminal Police Office (Germany), German Federal Criminal Police superintendent Jackie Müller (Jasmin Gerat). A second season premiered in 2018 with a different cast. The first season is available via streaming on and All 4. Crime Drama
Crime films, in the broadest sense, is a film genre inspired by and analogous to the crime fiction literary genre. Films of this genre generally involve various aspects of crime and its detection. Stylistically, the genre may overlap and combine with many other genres, such as Drama (film and television), drama or gangster film, but also include Comedy film, comedy, and, in turn, is divided into many sub-genres, such as Mystery film, mystery, suspense or Film noir, noir. Screenwriter and scholar Eric R. Carlos Leal
Carlos Leal (born 9 July 1969) is a Swiss rapper and actor. Leal was born in Lausanne to Galician immigrants. In 1990, he co-founded Sens Unik. The group produced four gold records and contributed music to the films ''La Haine'' (1995) and '' Neutre'' (2001). He produced videos with Sens Unik, and after making an appearance in the documentary '' Babylon 2'' (1993), Leal decided to pursue a serious acting career. He trained under director Jack Garfein at The Actors Studio in Paris. He made his film debut in ''Week End Break'' (2002), a comedy short film, which led to roles in a number of French and Swiss productions. Nadeshda Brennicke (born 21 April 1973 in Freiburg im Breisgau; also known as ''Nadja Therésa Brennicke'') is a German actress, singer and author. Andreas Pietschmann (born 22 March 1969) is a German stage, film, and television actor. Life and career Pietschmann played football in the youth department of Würzburger Kickers and was considered a talented player. Later, he did his military service with the Bundeswehr, during which time he also became involved in theater acting. He appeared in a stage production of Die Feuerzangenbowle, among others. After a serious car accident, Pietschmann decided to pursue acting seriously.
