Tim Mälzer (born 22 January 1971 in Elmshorn, Schleswig-Holstein) is a German television chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and television presenter. Biography Mälzer was born in 1971 in Elmshorn, Schleswig-Holstein, the son of a salesman. Tim Raue (born 31 March 1974) is a German chef. He is currently head chef at ''Tim Raue'', a Michelin two-star restaurant in Berlin. Biography Tim Raue grew up in modest circumstances in the Kreuzberg Wrangel neighbourhood in West Berlin. ''The Taste'' is an American cooking-themed reality competition series on ABC. It aired from January 22, 2013, through January 22, 2015. On May 7, 2015, ABC canceled ''The Taste'' after three seasons. Format ''The Taste'' season begins with blind auditions of both professional and amateur cooks during which four judges, who double as mentors, taste one spoonful of food from each contestant without knowing who cooked it or what all the ingredients were. Each judge decides whether or not they would like the contestant on his or her team by pressing a button (green for yes or red for no); the buttons are hidden from the other judges (although some decisions are revealed to the home audience). Patrick Lindner (born 27 September 1960 in Munich, West Germany) is a German Volksmusik singer. Life Born as Friedrich Günther Raab, Lindner worked as a chef before his breakthrough in 1989 when he was second in the Grand Prix der Volksmusik. Evi Sachenbacher-Stehle (; born 27 November 1980) is a retired German cross-country skier and biathlete from Reit im Winkl who has competed since 1998. She was born in Traunstein, West Germany. Competing in three Winter Olympics, she won five medals with two golds (Team sprint: 2010, 4 × 5 km relay: 2002) and three silvers (Individual sprint: 2002, 4 × 5 km relay: 2006, 2010).
