''The Steve Cochran Show'' is the title of two talk shows on WGN Radio, 720 WGN AM in Chicago, Illinois hosted by Steve Cochran (radio host), Steve Cochran. The original, airing in the afternoon drive, ran from February 2000 until its cancellation in June 2010. The current is Cochran's second stint at WGN, this time as morning-drive host, which began in September 2013. Steve Cochran (radio Host)
Steve Cochran (born March 14, 1961) is an American radio broadcaster. He hosted the morning show at WGN in Chicago from 2013 to December 2019. He previously worked at WGN from 2000 to 2010. He now hosts the podcast "Live from my Office," sponsored by Team Hochberg. Childhood Cochran was adopted. On June 4, 2003, he had his birth mother, Ann Sommers, as a guest on his show. Career At the age of 18, Cochran attended Ithaca College for a year before dropping out to start his radio career. He sold radio advertising for a summer before starting his career at WTKO in his home town as a DJ. Between 1981 and 2007, Cochran worked at 14 radio stations in 10 cities (including New York, Baltimore, Miami, Minneapolis ( KDWB 101.3 FM), St. Louis, Detroit, and Chicago) and 8 states. Michigan Avenue is a north-south street in Chicago which runs at 100 east on the Chicago grid. John Williams (radio Personality)
John Williams (born October 19, 1959) is an American talk radio show host at WGN (AM) in Chicago and previously at WCCO (AM) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Early life Williams was born in Chicago, Illinois, as John William Fillipitch. He attended grade school in different places while his father was in the U.S. Air Force, but the family moved back to Joliet, Illinois, after his father's retirement from the service. Williams graduated from Minooka High School and later from Joliet Junior College, where his father was a school counselor. He eventually graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale as a broadcasting major.
