The Second Bakery Attack
is a short story by Haruki Murakami, originally published in the August 1985 issue of ''Marie Claire, Marie Claire Japan''. It is a sequel to Murakami's short story "Bakery Attack", which was published in 1981. In 1986, "The Second Bakery Attack" was included in a short story collection of the same name. The story was later translated into English by Jay Rubin and published in the January 1992 issue of ''Playboy''. In 1993, Rubin's translation was included in the collection ''The Elephant Vanishes''. Plot A recently married couple in their late twenties lie in bed, famished; they have little in their refrigerator: a six-pack of beer and some cookies. After drinking and eating all of it, the man recounts to his wife a time he and his friend "robbed" a bakery ten years ago. The two intended to take all the bread they could from a bakery by force. London Korean Film Festival
The Korean Cultural Centre UK (KCCUK) is a branch of the South Korean Korean Cultural Centers that first opened on 31 January 2008 just off London's Trafalgar Square. Exhibitions The KCCUK holds regular exhibitions at its centre throughout the year, as well as the annual UK-based Korean Artists Exhibition each December. In 2011, the KCCUK, in partnership with the KCCNY produced their first joint-exhibition with another Cultural Centre, named NyLon and in 2010; the KCCUK's Exhibition ‘Present from the Past’ raised over £20,000 for the British veterans of the Korean War. ''Acoustic'' () is a 2010 South Korean omnibus film depicting stories of love, hope, and music among twenty-somethings - all set within the Hongdae area of Seoul. Til Schweiger
Tilman Valentin Schweiger (; born 19 December 1963) is a German actor, voice actor and filmmaker. He runs his own production company, Barefoot Films, in Berlin.
