The Scythian
''The Scythian'', also in English territories as ''The Last Warrior'' (russian: Скиф) is a 2018 Russian action drama fantasy film directed by Rustam Mosafir, starring Aleksey Faddeev, Aleksandr Kuznetsov and Vitaly Kravchenko. It takes place in the 11th century in Ancient Russia, during a time in which grandiose changes are taking place in Eurasia. Once proud warriors, the Scythians have degenerated into vile mercenaries, raiding the civilian population. During one of these raids, warrior Lutobor's wife and child are abducted. However, the hero does not intend to resign himself to fate, and pursues the Scythians in an attempt to save his family. As a guide, he takes the captive Scythian Marten (Kuznetsov) and, despite the huge differences between them, they must work together to survive their journey. Aleksandr Kuznetsov (actor)
Aleksandr Aleksandrovich Kuznetsov (russian: Александр Александрович Кузнецов, born 22 July 1992) is a Russian actor. He has had prominent roles in Russian films and television. Early life Aleksandr Kuznetsov was born on July 22, 1992, in Sevastopol, Ukraine. Kuznetsov felt creatively limited in Sevastopol and moved first to Kyiv and then Moscow to pursue his education. Career In 2015, he graduated from the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts – GITIS and was invited to join several leading Moscow theaters. He chose the Chekhov Moscow Art Theatre where he started as a leading actor the same year. In addition to film and television, he has performed in numerous theater productions, including "The Rebels" (2017), directed by Aleksandr Molochnikov, and "Oh, late love" (2014), directed by D.
