The Rink also known as The Link, is a historic apartment building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1901, and is a seven-story, six bay by six bay, Renaissance Revival style brick and terra cotta building on a raised basement. The main entrance corner features fluted Ionic order pilasters that extend from the third to the sixth story. Renaissance Revival architecture (sometimes referred to as "Neo-Renaissance") is a group of 19th century architectural revival styles which were neither Greek Revival nor Gothic Revival but which instead drew inspiration from a wide range of classicizing Italian modes. Ionic Order
The Ionic order is one of the three canonic orders of classical architecture, the other two being the Doric and the Corinthian.
