Lewis Robert Page (born 20 May 1996) is an English professional footballer who plays as a left back for Dagenham & Redbridge. ''White Wolf'' is a game magazine that was published by White Wolf Publishing from 1986 to 1995. History While still in high school, Stewart Wieck and Steve Wieck decided to self-publish their own magazine, and Steve chose the name "White Wolf" after Elric of Melniboné. ''White Wolf'' #1 was published by their White Wolf Publishing in August 1986 and distributors began to order the magazine a few issues later as its print runs continued to increase. In 1990, Lion Rampant and White Wolf Publishing decided to merge into a new company that was simply called "White Wolf", and in an editorial in the magazine Stewart Weick explained that the magazine would remain independent despite the company's interest in role-playing production. John Blanche
John Blanche is a British fantasy and science fiction illustrator and modeler who worked on Games Workshop's ''White Dwarf'' magazine, ''Warhammer Fantasy Battle'', ''Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay'' and ''Warhammer 40,000'' games and was the art director for the company and illustrated various game books and Fighting Fantasy publications. Early life Blanche was born into a working-class family in post-war England, and grew up on a Council estate during the 1950s, a period he describes as 'grey and flat', and lacking in the visual richness available to modern youth. Instead he took early inspiration from cinema, his collections of toy soldiers, and producing drawings of historic warriors on the backs of old rolls of wallpaper. Kev Walker
Kevin Walker is a British comics artist and illustrator, based in Leeds, who worked mainly on '' 2000 AD'' and ''Warhammer'' comics and the collectible card game ''Magic: The Gathering''. He is now working for Marvel Comics. Biography Walker began his career in 1987 working on ''Future Shocks'' in ''2000 AD'', and followed this up with work on some of the anthology comic's most popular long-running stories, including ''Judge Dredd'', ''Rogue Trooper'' (inking Steve Dillon's pencils), the ''ABC Warriors'' and ''Judge Anderson''. Russ Nicholson
Russ Nicholson is a British illustrator, best known for his black and white fantasy art. Education Russ studied at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in Scotland which later became part of Dundee University. He moved to England in the 1970s where, save for a brief sojourn in Papua New Guinea, he's lived and worked ever since. Martin McKenna (artist)
Martin McKenna (21 February 1969 – September 2020) was a British artist and illustrator, known for his work in role-playing games, novels, and comics, mainly of horror and fantasy genres. He illustrated many Games Workshop products in the 1980s, and his drawings were a key part of the visual identity of the first edition of Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay. When Games Workshop started its Warhammer fiction line in 1990, he provided internal art. He contributed to Fighting Fantasy books, Everway, Magic: The Gathering, video games (including Eidos Interactive, and film and television. Paul Bonner
Paul Bonner is a fantasy artist who has been producing artwork for major fantasy gaming companies and others for over 20 years. Education Paul Bonner spent four years at Harrow on an illustration course. Career Paul Bonner illustrated the covers of the '' World of Lone Wolf'' series of gamebooks, including Grey Star the Wizard, The Forbidden City, Beyond the Nightmare Gate, and War of the Wizards. His portfolio includes Games Workshop, FASA Corporation, Riotminds and Rackham. Derrick Norton
A derrick is a lifting device composed at minimum of one guyed mast, as in a gin pole, which may be articulated over a load by adjusting its guys. Most derricks have at least two components, either a guyed mast or self-supporting tower, and a boom hinged at its base to provide articulation, as in a ''stiffleg'' derrick. The most basic type of derrick is controlled by three or four lines connected to the top of the mast, which allow it both to move laterally and cant up and down. To lift a load, a separate line runs up and over the mast with a hook on its free end, as with a crane. Forms of derricks are commonly found aboard ships and at docking facilities. Some large derricks are mounted on dedicated vessels, and known as floating derricks and sheerlegs. The term derrick is also applied to the framework supporting a drilling apparatus in an oil rig. ''Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay'' or ''Warhammer Fantasy Role-Play'' (abbreviated to ''WFRP'' or ''WHFRP'') is a role-playing game set in the ''Warhammer Fantasy'' setting, published by Games Workshop or its licensees.
