Alekos Sakellarios
Alekos Sakellarios ( el, Αλέκος Σακελλάριος, 13 November 1913 in Athens – 28 August 1991 in Athens) was a Greece, Greek writer and a director. He was born in Athens and grew up in Agios Panteleimonas, Athens, Agios Panteleimonas and began to study journalism and acting at a young age. He wrote his first theatrical play in 1935 called ''The King of Halva''. He entered the film industry and had roles in both screenwriting and directing. He directed mainly with Christos Giannakopoulos and together they wrote and produced an estimated 140 works. Kostas Hatzichristos or Costas Hajihristos ( el, Κώστας Χατζηχρήστος; 1921 – October 3, 2001) was a Greek actor. Biography He was born in Thessaloniki, Greece, to a large family of thirteen members, he was the eleventh child. His parents were from Constantinople (today Istanbul), and they were initially relocated to Kavala, moved to Thessaloniki thereafter, and later moved to the northern Athens suburb of Pagkrati. The young Kostas studied initially at the Sergeants Major Military School of Syros and finished his studies in the Kavala. Marika Krevata (Greek: Μαρίκα Κρεβατά; 12 June 1910 – 14 September 1994) was a Greek actress of theatre and film. Biography Marika Krevata was the daughter of Stamatis Krevatas (musician) and his wife, Sofia. She was born in Athens in 1910. When she was a child, her father and younger sister, Thaleia, both died. She first appeared in theatre at an early age. In the beginning she toured Greece with children's acts including ''Daskalitsa'' (''Δασκαλίτσα''). She later appeared in operettas by Georgios Xydis. Dionysis Papagiannopoulos ( el, Διονύσης Παπαγιαννόπουλος; 12 July 1912 – 17 April 1984) was a Greek actor. He was born in Diakopto in the northeastern part of Achaea in 1912. He studied at the Drama School of the National Theatre of Greece (Ethniko Theatro) in Athens and made his stage debut in 1938, appearing as the Knight in William Shakespeare's ''King Lear''.
