The Plan (band)
The Plan is a Swedish band formed by Broder Daniel guitarist and subsequent bass player Theodor Jensen in 2000. History After having written own songs for a period of time, Jensen met organist Mikael Furugärde, drummer Niklas Korssell and bass player Peter Morén through mutual friends. The group recorded its first demo in the winter of 2000-2001 and were signed by EMI in early 2001. By that time, Jensen's childhood friend and Broder Daniel bandmate Håkan Hellström had – on his highly successful debut album Känn ingen sorg för mig Göteborg – already released an interpretation in Swedish of the Plan's song "Foggy Days" (called "Dom dimmiga dagarna"). The self-titled debut album was recorded during the summer of 2001 together with producer Ronald Bood, and at the time of its release in September that year, the first single "Mon Amour" was already climbing the charts. The album entered the Swedish charts at number 2, and was nominated for Grammis awards in four categories: b ...

Blank Generation (album)
''Blank Generation'' is the debut studio album by American punk rock band Richard Hell and the Voidoids. It was produced by Richard Gottehrer and released in September 1977 on Sire Records. Background Kentucky-born Richard Meyers moved to New York City after dropping out of high school in 1966 aspiring to become a poet. He and his best friend from high school, Tom Miller, founded the rock band the Neon Boys, which became Television in 1973. They changed their names: Miller became Tom Verlaine, after the Symbolist Paul Verlaine, and Meyers became Richard Hell. The group was the first rock band to play the club CBGB, which soon became a breeding ground for the early punk rock scene in New York. Hell had an energetic stage presence and wore torn clothing held together with safety pins and spiked his hair; in 1975, after a failed management deal with the New York Dolls, impresario Malcolm McLaren brought some of Hell's ideas back with him to England and eventually incorporated them ...

Emancipation (Prince Album)
''Emancipation'' is the 20th studio album by American recording artist Prince. It was released on November 19, 1996, by NPG Records and EMI Records as a triple album. Overview ''Emancipation'' is something of a concept album, celebrating his release from Warner Bros. as well as his marriage to Mayte Garcia, who became his wife on Valentine's Day earlier that year. With his newfound freedom, Prince experimented more openly with varying genres, including house and blues. He also freely commented on his fame and dealings with Warner Bros. ("White Mansion", "Slave", "Face Down") while also returning slightly to the " ...
