"The Ones" is the List of 30 Rock episodes, nineteenth episode of the 30 Rock (season 3), third season of the American television comedy series ''30 Rock''. ''30 Rock'' is an American satirical sitcom television series created by Tina Fey that originally aired on NBC from October 11, 2006, to January 31, 2013. The ONE is a shopping centre in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is built on the site of the former Tung Ying Building at 100 Nathan Road.
