''The Nightlife'' is a dance-themed television series originally airing on TeenNick. It is hosted by Nick Cannon, Aaron Fresh, and Chloe Wang (now professionally known as Chloe Bennet). The series premiered on August 5, 2010, after a new episode of ''Degrassi ''Degrassi'' is a Canadian television franchise created by Kit Hood and Linda Schuyler in 1979. TeenNick is an American Pay television, pay-TV channel that is operated by the Paramount Media Networks division of Paramount Global. Aimed primarily at teens and tweens, its programming includes a variety of live-action series inherited from sister channel Nickelodeon. The channel launched on September 28, 2009, as the merger between two defunct programming blocks which also targeted a teenage audience: TEENick on Nickelodeon and The N (TV programming block), The N on Noggin (brand), Noggin.
