The National Festival Of Entrepreneurs In Iran
The National Festival of Entrepreneurs of Iran has been organizing festivals since 2006 by the Ministry of Co-operation, Labor and Social Welfare which has presented the top entrepreneurs at the national and provincial levels of Iran. These festivals, based on indicating jobs and facilities related, are designed to identify entrepreneurs, included of approximately 3,000 top entrepreneurs in the provinces and 130 top national entrepreneurs in various fields of economic sectors (industry, agriculture, and co-operational services) will be nominated to be rewarded. In different periods of time, the procedures and indicators for identifying entrepreneurs, have been updated on the basis of the country's major policies and technologies. Some terms and conditions have also been modified based on the needs of the country. Center for Strategic Research ( fa, مرکز تحقیقات استراتژیک) was a leading Iranian think tank on strategy issues. It is the research arm of the Expediency Discernment Council. The last head of organization was Ali Akbar Velayati who replaced former head Hassan Rouhani, the former President of Iran. It was established in 1989. Iranian labor law describes the rules of employment in Iran. As a still developing country, Iran is considerably behind by international standards. It has failed to ratify the two basic Conventions of the International Labour Organization on freedom of association and collective bargaining, and one on abolition of child labor. Countries such as the US and India have also failed to ratify many of these Conventions and a mere 14 other Conventions, only 2 since the Islamic Revolution. The Cabinet of Iran ( fa, هیئت‌دولت ایران, ''Heyatedovlat-e Iran'') is a formal body composed of government officials, ministers, chosen and led by a President. Its composition must be approved by a vote in the Parliament. According to the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the President may dismiss members of the cabinet, but must do so in writing, and new appointees must again be approved by the Parliament.
