The Money Team Racing, also known as TMT Racing, is an American professional stock car racing team that competes in the NASCAR Cup Series. The team is owned by former professional boxer, Floyd Mayweather Jr., and they currently field the No. 50 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 part-time for Conor Daly. History On October 25, 2019, motorsport journalist Adam Stern posted on Twitter that a new NASCAR team owned by professional boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. would possibly compete in the final race of the 2019 season at Homestead–Miami Speedway, and would eventually run full-time in 2020. The team would end up not running any races from 2019 and 2020. In 2020, Jeffrey Earnhardt attempted to race in the eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series for the team, but failed to qualify for the race. Floyd Joy Mayweather Jr. ('' né'' Sinclair; February 24, 1977) is an American boxing promoter and former professional boxer. Jayski's Silly Season Site is a web site focusing primarily on NASCAR news and rumors. The website was founded by Jay "Jayski" Adamczyk in 1996 after he had difficulty finding news regarding the Melling Racing team, and subsequently worked to get all NASCAR news grouped together on the site. The site was purchased from Adamczyk by ESPN in 2007; after ESPN shut the site down in January 2019, Adamczyk reacquired the rights to Jayski-related properties in April 2019 and rolled out a limited version of the new website with a full launch occurring on May 13, 2019. The 2022 WISE Power 400 was the second stock car race of the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series and the 25th running of the event. The race was held on Sunday, in Fontana, California, at Auto Club Speedway, a permanent D-shaped oval racetrack. The race took the scheduled 200 laps to complete. At race's end, Kyle Larson, driving for Hendrick Motorsports, would win a drama-filled race after a controversial block on teammate Chase Elliott within the closing laps of the race had put Elliott in the wall.
