''The Mix Tape, Volume III: 60 Minutes of Funk (The Final Chapter)'' is a mixtape by American DJ Funkmaster Flex. It was released on August 11, 1998, via Loud Records, serving as a sequel to 1997 '' The Mix Tape, Volume II (60 Minutes of Funk)'' and the third installment in his ''60 Minute of Funk'' mixtape series. Recording sessions took place at D&D Studios in New York. It spawned two singles: "Here We Go" featuring Khadejia and The Product G&B, which peaked at #72 on the Billboard Hot 100, and "Wu-Tang Cream Team Line-Up" featuring Wu-Tang Clan members and affiliates, which found minor success on rap & R&B charts. Commercial performance The album became Funkmaster Flex's most successful ''Mix Tape'' release, peaking at #4 on the ''Billboard'' 200 and at #2 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums while also achieving gold status from the Recording Industry Association of America on November 4, 1998, for sales of 500,000 copies. Aston George Taylor Jr. (born August 5, 1968), professionally known as Funkmaster Flex, is an American DJ, rapper, record producer, and host on New York City's Hot 97 radio station. In 1992, he became host of the first hip hop radio show on Hot 97 in New York, which was a pop radio station at the time. Early life Aston Taylor Jr. was born in the Bronx borough of New York City to Jamaican immigrant parents. His father, DJ Aston George Taylor Sr., was a sound system professional. Chic ( ), currently called Nile Rodgers & Chic, is an American band that was formed in 1972 by guitarist Nile Rodgers and bassist Bernard Edwards. Mobb Deep was an American hip hop duo from New York City. The duo consisted of rappers Prodigy and Havoc. They are considered to be among the principal progenitors of hardcore East Coast hip hopEdwards, Paul, 2009, ''How to Rap: The Art & Science of the Hip-Hop MC'', Chicago Review Press, p. 323. and hip hop in the mid-1990s. Mobb Deep became one of the most successful rap duos of all time, having sold over three million records. Busy Bee was an airline which operated in Norway between 1966 and 1992. Entirely based around wet lease, it conducted a mix of regional services for larger airlines and the military, as well as corporate, ''ad hoc'' and inclusive tour charters. Established as Busy Bee Air Service A/S by Bjørn G. Braathen, the airline initially mostly operated corporate charters, using among other aircraft a Learjet 23 and later three Hawker Siddeley HS.125. After a near-bankruptcy in 1973, the company fell under the ownership of Braganza and was renamed Air Executive Norway A/S. It focused on operating Short Skyvans and later Fokker F27 Friendships.
