''The Man Without Gravity'' ( it, L'uomo senza gravità) is a 2019 Italian fantasy drama film Directed by Marco Bonfanti, written by Marco Bonfanti and Fabrizio Bozzetti and starring Elio Germano, Michela Cescon and Elena Cotta, the film was released on November 1, 2019 on Netflix. Plot The plot of the film revolves around the child Oscar (Elio Germano) who, when being born, flies away lighter than a balloon. Oscar comes to light on a stormy night, in the hospital of a small town, and immediately we understand that there is something extraordinary about him : he does not obey the law of gravity. He floats in the air, hovers in the lightest breeze like a balloon, in front of the incredulous look of the mother and grandmother. The child grows closely protected and sheltered - with only one friend, a little girl called Agata who knows his secret. Elio Germano
Elio Germano (born 25 September 1980) is an Italian actor. He is the recipient of many accolades, including a Cannes Film Festival Award for Best Actor and a Silver Bear for Best Actor. Life and career Born in Rome to a Molisan family from Duronia, Province of Campobasso, Germano debuted aged twelve in Castellano e Pipolo's movie '' Ci hai rotto papà'' (1992). During his studies at scientific lyceum, he received acting training at Teatro Azione in Rome. In 1999, he abandoned an opportunity to work in theatre with Giancarlo Cobelli in order to play in Carlo Vanzina's film '' Il cielo in una stanza'', which launched Germano as one of the most popular Italian actors. His big break came in 2007, when he was cast as the lead in the successful movies '' Fallen Heroes'' and ''My Brother is an Only Child'' by Daniele Luchetti.
