"The Lost Boy" is the 46th episode of the CW television series, '' Gossip Girl''. It was also the third episode of the show's third season. Gossip Girl
''Gossip Girl'' is an American teen drama television series based on the novel series of the same name written by Cecily von Ziegesar.
