''The Live Adventure'' is the first live album by Steven Curtis Chapman, released on September 3, 1993. The album was recorded on May 6, 1993, during Chapman's tour for '' The Great Adventure''. The album was released on September 7, 1993, to CD, cassette, and VHS tape formats (VHS tape format includes an alternative box cover). The concert video won the 1994 Gospel Music Association award for Long Form Music Video of the Year, and the song "Go There with You" won the title of Pop/Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year. The album brought Chapman his third Grammy Award, for Best Pop/Contemporary Gospel Album, in 1994. The concert video was directed by Michael Salomon, and edited by Salomon, Scott C. Wilson, and Steve Rasch. Steven Curtis Chapman (born November 21, 1962) is an American contemporary Christian music singer, songwriter, record producer, actor, author, and social activist. Chapman began his career in the late 1980s as a songwriter and performer of contemporary Christian music and has since been recognized as the most awarded artist in Christian music, releasing over 25 albums. He has also won five Grammy awards and 59 Gospel Music Association Dove Awards, more than any other artist in history. His seven "Artist of the Year" Dove Awards are also an industry record. Mandolin
A mandolin ( it, mandolino ; literally "small mandola") is a stringed musical instrument in the lute family and is generally plucked with a pick. It most commonly has four courses of doubled strings tuned in unison, thus giving a total of 8 strings, although five (10 strings) and six (12 strings) course versions also exist. There are of course different types of strings that can be used, metal strings are the main ones since they are the cheapest and easiest to make. Dale Oliver is an American music composer, guitarist and producer, who is signed to Impact Wrestling, where he is the head of Impact Wrestling Music. Oliver was formerly a guitarist for the American country music group Blackhawk, Reba McEntire, Steven Curtis Chapman and Geoff Moore and the Distance. Career Oliver toured and recorded with Geoff Moore and the Distance as their guitarist for 6 years and cowrote 11 songs with Moore during this time.
