''The Legendary Fok'' is a Hong Kong television series loosely based on the life of the Chinese martial artist Huo Yuanjia (Cantonese: Fok Yuen-gap). It includes a subplot based on the story of Chen Zhen (Cantonese: Chan Zan), a fictional student of Huo Yuanjia and the protagonist of the 1972 film ''Fist of Fury''. Leung Siu-lung
Bruce Leung Siu-lung (born Leung Choi-sang; 28 April 1948) is a Hong Kong martial artist and actor who has appeared in many Hong Kong martial arts movies. He often appeared billed as "Bruce Leung", "Bruce Liang", "Bruce Leong", or "Bruce Leung Siu-lung", and is thus generally grouped among the Bruce Lee clones that sprang up after Lee's death in the subgenre known as Bruceploitation. Background Leung learned martial arts from his father at the Cantonese opera. While his major style is Goju ryu Karate, he also is a Wing Chun practitioner. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, he appeared in a large number of martial arts films. Lau Kong () is a Hong Kong actor who worked on the network TVB. Biography Little is known of Lau's private life, but he has been acting since 1976, when he first joined the now defunct network Commercial Television, he later joined RTV (now ATV, Lau would be an actor there from 1979-1982. ''Huo Yuanjia'' is a 2001 Chinese television series loosely based on the life of the Chinese martial artist Huo Yuanjia. It includes a subplot about Chen Zhen, a fictional apprentice of Huo Yuanjia and the protagonist of the 1972 film ''Fist of Fury''. Huo Endi () (1836–1917) was a Chinese martial artist and the father of famous Chinese martial artist Huo Yuanjia. Huo Endi, a 6th-generation successor of Mizongyi was a well-known martial artist who served as a bodyguard for caravans travelling to the Northeast.
